PLASTIC SURGERY IN MEN
Whether you are an actor, a CEO, an professional athlete, or a law enforcement officer, Dr. Moelleken understands your need for discreet and appropriate aesthetic care, with results that help you earn respect and admiration both in your professional, and your private, life. TELL NO TALES, that is the motto in this practice. Patients should not bear evidence of surgery on their faces or bodies. Every attempt is made to minimize scarring, hid it cleverly, and discourage it from ever appearing. Lasers, wound treatments and therapies learned from two years in a leading wound healing laboratory have enabled Dr. Moelleken to minimize evidence of surgery!

MALE FACIAL SURGERY
In no realm is careful plastic surgery more important than the male face. An overdone appearance so often seen is ales results from excessive tightness, yes, but even more from a poor direction of pull. The high SMASW technique employed as a part of the 360 Facelift gives a much more natural result. The overly pulled appearance with the abrupt change in direction that characterized the 80’s is still widely performed, but entirely unnecessary. The 360 Concept for facial rejuvenation rejuvenates many different areas of the face. Rather than making somebody look more done, the opposite is true: the rejuvenation is more realistic.
Cheeklifts now enable correction of prior excessive lower eyelid lifts. LiveFill enables the patient to fill areas on a permanent basis with their own tissue, with greater take than with fat injection. LiveFill is now considered an alternative to fat injection in many areas of the face… and the areas are growing constantly!
The earlobes tell the tale of the knife… unless they are anchored! Dr. Moelleken loves to show the patient their incisions the day after surgery, when they are usually not even visible. Previous facelifts with pulled earlobes, weird hair patterns and changes of direction can often be corrected, often completely.
The male physiology is very different than the female physiology. Men are at greater risk of bleeding around the time of their surgery. To prevent this, many safety steps must be taken, before , during and after the surgery. This can reduce to a minimum the chance of a complication!

MALE BODY SURGERY
Male body contouring focuses on bring out masculine attributes of the male form, maximizing the appearance of muscles and a toned body. Many of our male patients are athletic, but are troubled by a few spots. Others have had large weight losses, and through great effort have reclaimed their good health, but now have excess skin to deal with.
There is a plan for every patient and every physique, from the gym rat to the “desk athlete”.
